About BB Cloth

BB Cloth diapers are designed in the US, manufactured oversees. They are comprised of an outer layer of PUL and a suede cloth inner. They are available in lots of fun prints and colors. My favorite prints are the whales, of course, and the monster print.

Each print diaper comes with a 4 layer bamboo blend insert and each solid diaper comes with a 3 layer microfiber insert. Starting at just $7.50, these diapers are a must for anyone looking for an afforable cloth diaper. Diapers are also sold in bundles at an even larger discounted price.

What did I think?

This diaper worked great for my son. The fit is good. The print is fun. The only complaint I have is the lack of a barrier in the front to prevent wicking from the suede cloth to baby’s clothing. If you make sure the material is tucked in, this shouldn’t pose a huge problem but would be a nice addition. Overall, a great diaper for the price.

Buttons Cloth Diapers Review

9 Jan

I am very excited to present to you my very first cloth diaper review.

I was given the opportunity to test and review a Buttons Cloth Diapers diaper cover system and I have to admit, I was impressed. I recieved a one size cover in Apple with a large daytime insert.

A Few Fabulous Facts About Buttons Cloth Diapers:

This is a one size cover, which is my absolute favorite because that means you can use the same diaper for all of your diapering days. Buttons diapers will fit little loves from about 9 to 35lbs.

Elastic in the back and front gives these diapers a snug, comfortable fit.

Double leg gussets are excellent at preventing leaks.

Unique snap in inserts come in two different sizes to best fit growing babies. The small insert fits approximately 9-20 lbs while the large insert is best for 20-35 lbs. Each are made of 4 absorbent layers of microfiber with a super soft layer of fleece on top which wicks away moisture to keep baby’s bottom dry. Nighttime doublers are also available. These are made of 6 layers of microfiber for added protection against overnight leaks.

Did I Love It?

Yes, I did! I loved the fit of these diapers. I hate bulk and I found these fairly trim. The fit on my son was excellent. Nice and snug. I was unsure about the low rise in the front but this didn’t seem to pose any problems for us. I’m not normally the biggest fan of covers but, for these, I can make an exception. The snap in inserts made them fool proof. Easy peasy. No leaks to report and my sugar looked adorable in this lovely apple green color. Not to mention, that cute little button design on the back. I am happy to now have a Buttons diaper in my stash.
